Neeraj Chauhan is responsible for International Operations for SCF Distribution. Mr. Chauhan was group Chief Operating Officer and one of the founding Directors of eSys Technologies. eSys, incorporated in Singapore in 2000 as a IT Distribution start up, grew to become a USD 1.8 Billion multinational with operations in over 30 countries within six years. eSys was acquired by Teledata Informatics in 2007.
    At eSys, Mr. Chauhan was responsible for conceptualizing and executing group strategy related to geographical and product line expansion. He directed all group investments, acquisitions and set out business goals for individual SBUs. He led the expansion of eSys through Asia Pacific, Middle East, Europe and Americas by executing a growth strategy involving acquisitions and setting up green field operations leading to direct eSys presence in over 30 countries. In 2002, Mr. Chauhan shifted his base from Singapore to Amsterdam to set up eSys European distribution network, which grew to 12 subsidiaries and contributed over 40% of Group revenues in 2006. He was instrumental in setting up central shared services structure for eSys in India which helped eSys achieve unprecedented efficiencies in IT Distribution.
    Mr. Chauhan is currently a Sloan Fellow at London Business School. He also holds Masters Degree in International Business (MIB) from University Business School, Chandigarh and Bachelors of Technology (B .Tech) degree from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur.
