Mr. Gordon McMillan is a Managing Partner of SCF Growth Equity. Mr. McMillan is currently the chairman of Impax Management Ltd, and from 2000 to 2003, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Skylon Capital Corp. and VentureLink Capital Corp., all of which are investment management holding companies Prior to co-founding Skylon Capital Corp and VentureLink Capital Corp., he was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Triax Capital Corp. Mr. McMillan has been active in the Canadian financial services industry since 1994 and has served as an officer and director of various investment funds and investment management firms. Mr. McMillan holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario and is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada. Mr. McMillan is a sponsor of Care Canada, specifically their work with African communities.
